Music from the Sofa

Biography

Rachel was classically trained from an early age and went on to achieve a National Diploma in Performing Arts and then a Commercial Music Degree. After achieving her Music Degree Rachel went into music event organization in London and was able to win sponsorship for her events.

She has over 20 years experience, singing in choirs, musicals, recording sessions, live bands, with songwriters and is a song writer herself. She works in a range of musical styles including jazz, folk, rock, pop and other contemporary genres which makes her ideal for this project. She now sings with a couple of different bands, including ‘Music from the Sofa’ and is looking forward to successful times ahead with the inspiring and original music of Nigel Goss.
